1 Acceptance of Terms

Your use of jilibd constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. These Terms apply to all players regardless of how they access the platform — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or the jilibd app. Continued use of jilibd after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

jilibd may update these Terms at any time. When significant changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address on their account or through an in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. The most current version is always available at jilibd.one/terms-conditions.

2 Eligibility

To register and play on jilibd, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be accessing jilibd from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a jilibd employee.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from jilibd.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

jilibd reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. If you cannot provide satisfactory verification, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held until verification is complete.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account on jilibd. Registering multiple accounts — whether under different names, different email addresses, or different phone numbers — is strictly prohibited. jilibd uses device fingerprinting, IP tracking, and payment method matching to identify duplicate accounts.

When registering on jilibd, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, a valid phone number, and a working email address. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure without notice.

• Your jilibd username and password must be kept confidential at all times.
• You must notify jilibd immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• jilibd will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.

4 Deposits and Payments

jilibd accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — the three most widely used mobile financial services in Bangladesh. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount on jilibd is ৳50. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher deposits may trigger additional verification.

Deposits on jilibd reflect in your account balance instantly under normal conditions. If a deposit does not appear within 10 minutes, you should contact jilibd support with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt to deposit again before confirming the status of the original transaction.

• All payment methods used on jilibd must be registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to someone other than the account holder — are not permitted.
• jilibd does not charge fees on standard deposits, but your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed. Contact support immediately if you deposit to the wrong account or enter an incorrect amount.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on jilibd are processed within 10 minutes during normal operating hours. Requests submitted during off-peak hours or during scheduled maintenance windows may take longer. jilibd will communicate any delays through the support channel.

To be eligible for a withdrawal on jilibd, your account must be fully verified. This means your identity documents must have been reviewed and approved, and your payment method must match the name on your account. Withdrawals will be sent to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible.

• The minimum withdrawal amount on jilibd is ৳200.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from bonus play that meet the wagering requirement are eligible.
• jilibd reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large withdrawals.
• Withdrawals to third-party payment accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• If a withdrawal is declined, jilibd will provide a reason and the funds will be returned to your account balance.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

jilibd offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are stated on the promotion page at the time the offer is active. By claiming any bonus on jilibd, you agree to the specific terms of that promotion in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise. A wagering requirement means you must bet the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the offer) a specified number of times before any winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device.
• jilibd reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means — including the use of multiple accounts — will be forfeited and the account may be closed.
• Winnings generated from bonus play are subject to the same wagering requirements as the original bonus unless stated otherwise.
• jilibd may set game-specific contribution rates toward wagering requirements. Not all games contribute equally.

7 Game Rules and Fair Play

Each game available on jilibd operates according to its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing a bet. jilibd is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

All games on jilibd use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical outcomes observed via video stream. The results of all games are final once confirmed by the system. jilibd does not manipulate game outcomes.

• Bets placed in error cannot be cancelled once confirmed by the system.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, jilibd will void the round and return all stakes to the players involved.
• If a live dealer game is interrupted before a result is determined, the round will be voided and stakes returned.
• jilibd reserves the right to void any bet that was placed using incorrect odds or pricing due to a system error.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on jilibd. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in card games such as Rummy and Callbreak.
• Using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic restrictions or to create the appearance of being in a different location.
• Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Attempting to launder money through the jilibd platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jilibd staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Providing false identity documents during the verification process.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

jilibd reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reason to believe that the account is being used in breach of these Terms. In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or underage gambling, accounts may be suspended immediately pending investigation.

If your jilibd account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld depending on the nature of the breach. jilibd will communicate the reason for closure and any applicable next steps via the email address registered to the account.

• Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting jilibd support.
• Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification.
• Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure regardless of the reason.
• Closed accounts cannot be reopened without a formal review by the jilibd compliance team.

10 Responsible Gaming

jilibd is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jilibd's liability to any player is limited to the amount of real-money funds held in that player's account at the time of the relevant incident. jilibd is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind.

• jilibd is not responsible for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• jilibd is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's failure to understand game rules.

13 Changes to Terms

jilibd reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification. The updated Terms will take effect from the date stated in the notification. Continued use of jilibd after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any changes to these Terms, you must stop using jilibd and may request account closure by contacting support. Any real-money balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification.
